We also have two new 2026-2027 State Officers: Jade Uhlich-Region II Vice President and Mason Schuh-Secretary. The High School Team was awarded 3rd place in the state and award the Dorothy L. Travis Award, and Mrs. Birdsell was recognized for 25 years of service.

🏆 Six of our students, who wrestle for HWC SWAT, competed at the North Dakota State Youth Wrestling Tournament this weekend—with more than 1,700 wrestlers in attendance— 5 out of the 6 wrestlers made it to the podium

The 60th Annual All-State Music Festival was held March 26–28, celebrating an incredible weekend of music and talent. 🎶
Mason Schuh had the honor of performing in the concert band flute section alongside some of the finest high school musicians in the state, under the direction of Dr. Erika Svanoe—an acclaimed conductor and composer known for her lyrical, imaginative wind band works.
The festival featured outstanding performances from jazz choir, jazz band, treble choir, orchestra, and mixed choir, and concluded with five impressive concert band selections.
It was truly a memorable and successful event, and we are so proud of you, Mason! 👏
