🎭 STATE ONE ACT COMPETITION!! 🎭 We arrived in a blur of hairspray, costumes, and last-minute line checks… and somehow still managed to look like functioning humans onstage. A win already! We Gained: • Memories • Backstage chaos that built character (and possibly trauma bonding) • Confidence that grew every time someone didn’t trip over a prop • A cast bond powered by caffeine, trauma, and laughter • Lessons we didn't know we needed • Moments that hit us right in the dramatic-actor-soul • A renewed fear of quick-changes • Enough adrenaline to power a small city We Left With: • A Superior Actor Award — 🎉Great Job, KARA!! 🎉Go ahead, shine that spotlight brighter! • Pride so big it didn’t fit back on the bus • Seniors we’re absolutely not ready to let go of • Teary eyes disguised as “allergies” • Being ONE. PLACE. shy of Day Two (we’re fine… totally fine… it’s fine) • Stories that we'll be retelling for years • Voices a little gone, energy mostly gone, hearts completely full • The reminder that this group shows up for each other every single time

The FBLA chapter celebrated national Entrepreneurship Month by touring Prairie Sky Bread today. We learned about being an entrepreneur, cost of goods, mixing dough, and baking our own bread. We had a blast! Plus, Mr. Clark bakes bread now!

Yesterday, our students had the incredible opportunity to attend the Celebration of Music at Minot State University. They spent the day working on a musical set alongside students from other schools, culminating in a beautiful concert that evening. The band was conducted by Mr. Pat Schwan, trumpet instructor at MSU, and the choir was led by Mr. John Swedberg, Assistant Professor of Music at MSU. 🎶 Congratulations to our talented students for another remarkable musical achievement! 🎶 If you missed the concert, here is the link to view their performance. https://www.youtube.com/live/RXLzh07QGSY?si=8e_awvbv_qUJCpR5
