Yesterday, our students attended the 2024 Celebration of Music at Minot State University, where talented musicians from various schools came together to perform in one band and choir. They practiced all day and delivered a fantastic concert in the evening. Great job, young musicians! 📣 Exciting News! This year, our elementary school has launched a brand new program called Castle Time for all grades K-6! Each student belongs to one of 10 “castles,” each with their own unique name, chant, and custom-decorated shield that represents their castle’s identity. Once a month, castles meet to participate in fun, meaningful activities focused on kindness, teamwork, and social-emotional learning. This month, the castles decorated pumpkins for a contest, crafted “eyeballs” as a reminder to keep an eye out for one another, and shared their chants with the entire school! 🎃👀 Castle Time has been a fantastic way to build a strong, supportive community across all grades, and we’re so proud of our students’ creativity and enthusiasm. Raider pride!! 🏰
