Two teams from Drake-Anamoose High School competed in the virtual round of the North Dakota Cyber Madness Tournament January 16-18. Each team consists of up to five students and a coach. To move up in the rankings, students score points by completing challenges in the multi-round competition. One of the teams from Drake-Anamoose finished 8th overall and the other team placed 16th. Since the top 20 teams move on to compete at the state level, both teams will compete in-person at Bismarck State College February 13-14.

The elementary kids had an absolute blast spending the day tubing at the Bottineau Winter Park today!🏂❄️

ATTENTION: There was some confusion between us and Berthold about what order the games will be played in. The varsity boys and varsity girls games have been switched so the varisty boys will now play first and the girls last. The JV Girls game will only be 3 quarters tonight.

The 6th graders just finished up their Hatchet unit, and they ended it in style—with deer blinds in the classroom and sausage cooking on a hot plate. Nothing like a little hands-on survival experience to bring the story to life! Such a fun way to wrap up an awesome book.
